Rehearsal

We decided we didn't need a rehearsal because the only action that is really taking place is running. When we do have other parts I believe the actor we have chosen will be able to improvise to a very high standard. We also decided that when filming we will do the shot a couple of times to allows us a varied  performance and allow us to have a bigger option when in the editing suit.

filming delayed

Graham and me were planning on filming our title sequence in the Christmas period but due to snow we have had to delay this because it will be very difficult to run in the snow in our location and it wont give the same effect as snow sometimes can be portrayed as fun and relaxing rather than scary. It looks as though we will probably be filming when we return the following weekend.

Actor

Here is a picture of the actor we have chosen. Her name is Charlotte Edmondson and is currently doing drama. We think she is the perfect person for our title sequence and believe she will do a great job.

Later on I will upload some pictures of our actors. We have officially chosen our main actor but we also have two back up actors incase she for some reason can't do it. The two remaining actors are our reserved actors which I believe will also do a good job but don't really fit the image I have in my head.
For our title sequence we don't have any dialogue in it which means a script is not needed. We plan however to give our actor the storyboard which will allow her to see the ideas we have and allow her to add hers into it also.
I started to do a script but decided to scrap it because all the actions that needed were just running. I thought the storyboard would be better for the actor to work from.

Storyboard

Below are the pictures of my storyboard. I originally was going to produce it on the computer but then decided it was a lot easier to draw it then scan it into the computer and upload it as a picture. In the blue pen on the storyboard are the shots but in the green pen at the top of the frame is the music/sounds that are most likely to be used when editing. I wanted to do this as it would help us when filming to know what sounds could be used when editing.

When scanning the storyboard i realized that because i did it in pencil it didn't show up to well. But you can still see it slightly. But you sadly cant see the coloured pen which i used.

Health and safety

Below is a health and safety table, it highlights all the possible accidents that could go wrong and how to avoid them. This is very important as doing this will hopefully allow our filming to go smoothly without any issues.
