Health and safety

Below is a health and safety table, it highlights all the possible accidents that could go wrong and how to avoid them. This is very important as doing this will hopefully allow our filming to go smoothly without any issues.

Could bump into each other cause minor injury
Make sure alley way is clear before filming
All ways check before hand
Wet floor
May slip when running, could bang head on floor, or graze knees
Be cautious, and try to only run when necessary
Check conditions are safe
Cables lying around on floor
Trip hazard
Tape cables to floor, put signs up to show danger
 Ensure all cables are taped down
Coming traffic
Severe injuries could be caused
Beware of passing cars
Always check for traffic. 
 Un-even ground
Could trip over, cause injuries
 Be careful when running
Check surrounding area before filming.
 Plants and Bushes
Possibility of lacerations and cuts.
 Make sure there is plenty of room between the actor and the surrounding area.

 Dark
Unsure of position and could run into something
Check ally way is clear when running.
Put someone in charge of making sure it’s safe.
Ice
Slip and injure self
Be very careful when running and wear suitable shoes
Check there is no black ice near ally way.
Snow
Injury
Don’t run or film another time
Check weather beforehand.
